Riassunto
Il principale obiettivo del presente articolo è offrire una nuova lettura dello sviluppo del bambino che vede la centralità della postura, intesa come integrazioni tra apparati (o recettori posturali) ed effettori nel percorso che porta il bambino dalla fase embrionale all’acquisizione delle competenze motorie, relazionali, emotive e sociali che lo caratterizzano. Un percorso che necessariamente trasformerà i “bilanci di salute”, che oggi risentono di una visione parcellizzata su organi ed apparati, ad una visione globale dove sarà chiara l’interdipendenza tra le disfunzioni sensoriali e che consentirà quindi una maggiore incisività del nostro operare. Non più quindi un esame clinico basato su una semeiotica per organi e apparati, ma attraverso un elemento unificante della presa in carico del bambino.

Summary
The main objective of this article is to offer a new reading of the child's development that sees the centrality of posture, understood as integrations between apparatuses (or postural receptors) and effectors in the path that leads the child from the embryonic stage to the acquisition of motor skills, relational, emotional and social that characterize it. A path that will necessarily transform the "Health Reports", which today are affected by a fragmented vision of organs and systems, to a global vision where the interdependence between sensory dysfunctions will be clear and which will therefore allow a greater incisiveness of our work. Therefore, no longer a clinical examination based on a semiotics for organs and systems, but through a unifying element of taking charge of the child.
