Riassunto
La gestione di un bambino o di un adolescente affetto da una o più malattie allergiche non può prescindere dalla opportuna considerazione delle buone regole da seguire nella vita quotidianità. L’articolo affronterà preliminarmente il tema del rapporto virtuoso che deve essere instaurato tra il pediatra, lo specialista e la famiglia e proseguirà con l’analisi della gestione quotidiana dei bambini affetti da dermatite atopica, da allergia alimentare, da allergia respiratoria, asma grave e rinite. Verranno presi in considerazioni i momenti più importanti della vita del bambino, a casa, a scuola, durante l’attività sportiva, nei momenti dedicati alla ristorazione, opportunamente distinguendo il caso dei bambini da quello degli adolescenti.

The management of a child or adolescent suffering from one or more allergic diseases cannot be separated from the appropriate consideration of the good rules to follow in everyday life. The article will first address the theme of the virtuous relationship that must be established between the pediatrician, the specialist and the family and will continue with the analysis of the daily management of children suffering from atopic dermatitis, food allergy, respiratory allergy, severe asthma and rhinitis.
